Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing project governance by developing charters, documentation, and setting up regular engagement with stakeholders and steering groups
  • Managing stakeholder relationships, from teams and leaders to vendors—keeping everyone informed, aligned, and engaged
  • Driving the project timeline, mapping out milestones, monitoring the critical path, and responding quickly to risks or delays
  • Creating and executing a deployment schedule that ensures smooth implementation across multiple sites in a large geographic area
  • Leading change management activities including communications, training, and supporting teams as they transition to the new telephony system
Requirements
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Business, IT, or a related field
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Confidence to coordinate stakeholders at all levels, with clear and professional communication
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, and comfort working independently
  • Interest in project management and motivation to grow your skills in a supportive environment
  • Experience in tech or systems rollout (desired but not essential)
