This role is responsible for coordinating logistics, supply chain and transportation processes.

Key Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating export and interstate shipping schedules and associated paperwork
  • Managing internal stock movements between warehouses
  • Distributing truck drivers' daily run schedules and managing service requests to completion

To succeed, the applicant must have:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain or transportation processes
  • Able to develop positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Capable of working within a team and autonomously
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office products

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role
