Service Assurance Role

Symbio is a leading software company revolutionizing global communication. Our platform delivers a comprehensive communication stack, spanning carrier infrastructure to enterprise collaboration, across multiple Asia-Pacific regions.

We are seeking an experienced Service Assurance Specialist to join our Service Delivery & Assurance team in Sydney. Reporting to the Service Assurance Team Leader - SDAT, the Service Assurance Specialist will be responsible for managing service assurance processes and activities for all Symbio products and services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of calls, tickets, and escalations from TaaS Service Providers and their customers.
  • Deliver exceptional service and support business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external customers, and third-party vendors to resolve incidents and faults efficiently.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecommunications and/or IT Operational roles.
  • Strong understanding of VoIP/SIP, NBN, Ethernet & Mobile technologies is highly desirable.
  • Tertiary education in a related field.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive attitude and demonstrated customer focus approach.
