Job Description

The primary function of this role is to oversee service assurance processes and activities for all products and services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences in every interaction.

This involves managing calls, tickets, and escalations from various stakeholders, providing timely and effective resolutions while delivering business objectives.

Strong communication and engagement skills are essential to resolve incidents and faults efficiently, collaborating with internal teams, external customers, and third-party vendors as needed.

In addition to technical expertise, a proactive attitude, demonstrated initiative, and customer-focused approach are required to succeed in this position.

  • Manage service assurance processes and activities for all products and services

Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Telecommunications and/or IT Operational roles is necessary for this position.

Knowledge of VoIP/SIP, NBN, Ethernet, and Mobile technologies is desired, as is tertiary education in a related field.

Logical thinking and critical problem-solving skills are essential to excel in this role.
