Technical Lead - Content Review Experience

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our scalable team. This is a key leadership role that will drive the product direction, provide technical guidance to the team and grow engineers to scale the team.

The right candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engineering strategies and roadmaps. They will cultivate a culture of communication, bridging the communication gap between teams, and within the group/organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engineering strategies and roadmaps.
  • Cultivate a culture of communication.
  • Coach 4-9 engineers.
  • Be the technical face of the team.

Requirements:

  • Coding proficiency at the level of an experienced senior software engineer with either a specialization in backend (AWS, SQL/NOSQL database) or frontend (TypeScript, React, MobX).
  • Ability to sustainably empower people.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
