The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely assisting in researching properties using online platforms and agent connections
  • Shortlist properties that match client briefs
  • Attend open homes and private inspections on behalf of clients
  • Manage follow-up valuations and compile property reports, including cash flow analysis
  • Communicate with property managers, settlement agents, and selling agents to gather detailed property information
  • Manage buyers and vendors, with call-backs and identifying new opportunities
  • Negotiate sales, analyse market trends, and maintain the client database
  • Attend online meetings and face-to-face interactions
About You:
  • Must have real estate experience with a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently, managing time and priorities effectively
  • Negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about the property industry
