Job Description

As an Early Childhood Educator with Sparrow Early Learning Drouin, you'll play a vital role in inspiring young minds and fostering a sense of community. Our Reggio Emilia-inspired environments are designed to encourage creativity, curiosity, and growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  2. Creating and maintaining fun, safe, engaging, and inviting learning environments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  1. A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care.
  2. Availability Monday to Friday and Open to Close.
  3. Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  4. A Current and Valid Working with Children Check.
  5. First Aid and CPR certificates, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
