Customer Service Ambassadors

We are seeking proactive and reliable team members to support our customer service operations during the festive season.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Festive Duties:

  • Providing exceptional service to customers and enhancing their visit
  • Greeting and assisting customers with directions and helpful solutions
  • Supporting traffic flow and car park operations during busy periods
  • Operating a buggy for safety checks and operational support

Key Requirements:

  • Hold a valid driver's licence to operate a company buggy
  • Be available for shifts from September to February, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays

This is a seasonal role offering a great opportunity to contribute to the festive atmosphere across our destinations.
