About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Seasonal Sales Ambassador. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and promoting our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques, up-selling, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service, answering queries, and adapting your approach to meet individual needs
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and confidently share this expertise with customers to drive sales and enhance their shopping experience
  • Assist with product deliveries, merchandise the store, and maintain high shop floor standards to create a welcoming environment for customers
  • Operate the till system, handle financial transactions, and provide excellent customer service at all times
