The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our US Market team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Specializing in the Life Sciences sector and supporting senior consultants in the resourcing and placement of individuals in contract roles for the US Market
  • Utilizing resources and tools to search for and engage with candidates, maintaining an ongoing candidate pool
  • Vetting candidates on the phone and building ongoing relationships with them
  • Creating job briefs and writing job adverts to be posted on job boards
  • Achieving set targets in relation to phone calls, emails, and candidates registered
  • Developing a sound understanding of roles, companies, and key players in the Life Science industry

Key Details

  • This is a full-time role with a contract of employment
  • US working hours apply
  • Our Krakow office is located in the Fabryczna Office Park

Required Skills

  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
  • English language proficiency (B2 at least, written and spoken)
  • Proactive qualities with a willingness to learn
  • Genuine interest in the Life Sciences sector
  • High level of resilience
  • Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service would be an asset
