Full-Time Project Coordinator Role

The Department of Health in Tasmania seeks a skilled Senior Project Officer to join its Hospitals and Primary Care team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
Job Objectives:
- Lead project management activities, including planning, coordination, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including health professionals, patients, and families.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as business, health, or project management.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Arrangements:
This is a full-time position, working 76 hours per fortnight. The successful applicant will be required to work from Hobart, Tasmania.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $107,899 to $122,292 per annum, plus 12% employer superannuation contribution. You will also have access to salary packaging benefits.
