Inventory Coordinator - NSW Role

The Inventory Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our supply chain operations.

This fixed-term contract is 6 months long, with the possibility of extending to permanent. We offer a supportive culture, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for career growth and development.

  • Conduct scheduled cycle counts and support stocktakes.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate stock quantities and locations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Support quality control checks and product damage investigations.
  • Respond to inventory queries in a timely manner.

  • Enthusiasm, motivation, and customer focus.
  • Previous experience in retail or supply chain (an advantage).
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and WMS systems (a plus).
  • Previous experience with RF scanners (an added advantage).
  • Forklift licence (a bonus).
