Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Business Strategist to spearhead our Microsoft Cloud initiative.

About the Role:

  • You will devise and execute comprehensive business plans to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • You will lead a team of sellers and provide strategic direction on sales approaches and tactics.
  • You will collaborate closely with marketing, services, support, and operations teams to achieve key business objectives.
  • You will engage with global teams to bring innovative solutions to the market.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree qualification or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in IT distribution as a Channel Sales Manager or high-performing Business Development Manager.
  • Demonstrated expertise in coaching and mentoring individuals.
  • Proven understanding of managing a vendor-level Profit and Loss statement.
