The Role
We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to provide high-level customer service and support the day-to-day operations of our dance studio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our front desk and facility, and providing administrative support to our teaching team.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has strong interpersonal and communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing our front desk, handling customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to our teaching team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service to our students, parents, and staff
- Manage the front desk and facility, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
- Provide administrative support to our teaching team, including scheduling and communication
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives
Qualification and Education Requirements
- Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
- Current CPR Certificate
- Working with Children Check (or Equivalent)
- National Police Check
