The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Administration Officer to join our team at the Academy of Dance in Epping. As an Administration Officer, you will deliver high-level customer service, ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the front desk and facility, support the venue manager and teaching team to deliver an exceptional standard of dance education, and contribute positively to a child-safe and inclusive culture.

The successful candidate will be able to work in a flexible and constantly changing environment where time management and attention to detail are key. The role will include some evening work and alternating Saturdays.

We hire personality first and can train skills. If you don't meet every requirement, remember that skills can be learned. What truly matters is your attitude, ability to connect with people, and your love for the boundless creativity of the dance industry.

We seek candidates with tertiary qualifications in a related field and/or extensive management experience. While a background in dance is preferable, it's not essential.

Qualification and Education Requirements

  • Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children Check (or Equivalent)
  • National Police Check
