Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Studio Coordinator to join our Creative team. As our first Studio Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact from day one, managing the creative workflow of our Visual Design team and working closely with our Operations Manager and Digital Design Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to gather and negotiate design requirements
  • Effectively manage and prioritize tasks based on urgency, resources, skillset, and project goals
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, timelines, estimates, resource plans, and status reports
  • Plan team capacity to ensure optimal distribution of tasks and workload
  • Uphold the highest standards of project management methodology, including regular and effective communication with key stakeholders, governance, change management
  • Organize and facilitate meeting rituals to keep the team and stakeholders informed
  • Analyze design-related data and trends to gain insights for future capacity planning
  • Implement and refine design workflows to optimize productivity and quality
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in a Project/Traffic/Studio management role within an agency or studio environment
  • Familiarity with design processes and ability to integrate seamlessly with digital, brand, and product teams
  • Proven experience working with resource, time, and change management
  • Ability to manage and engage with multiple stakeholders at all levels to deliver requirements as briefed
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Agile mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
