Dedicated Support Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to provide regular weekday support to a female participant in the Murwillumbah area.
The participant has complex psychosocial conditions, and the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, including cleaning, and providing occasional community access.
This is an excellent opportunity for an empathetic person who can work independently without supervision and set their own hourly rates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care and mental health support
- Assisting with community access and social companionship
- Completing domestic duties and meal preparation
- Transporting clients and running errands
- Managing continence and hoists
