Cubic is seeking an experienced Security Delivery Manager to oversee the security of our commercial transportation programs in Eastern Australia or New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing security operations and ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2, and NZ ISM.
We are looking for someone who can lead by example and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, stakeholder management, and risk governance.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate security activities associated with customer accounts in the region.
- Develop and maintain plans for efficient delivery of security services.
- Track project and task assignments, collect and report status information, and escalate problem areas as needed.
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical field, or Business Administration with relevant IT work experience.
- Proven history of supporting project and program management services for large complex IT systems that are mission critical.
- Deeply conversant in Security operations and/or System development.
- Able to capture and describe technical changes necessary to support security compliance to both engineering staff and senior managers and customers.
- Conversant in international standards including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2, and NZ ISM.
- Risk and Security Governance: Experienced dealing with Security Risk Management SMEs to capture risks and work with technical staff to remediate these risks.
- Collaborate with Corporate Security Service delivery teams, CTS Operations, and Engineering to ensure needs are understood and work stays on schedule.
- Manage and report on problem resolution, actively communicate progress or needs, and drive issues to conclusion.
- In commuting distance from CTS offices in Brisbane QLD, Sydney NSW or Wellington NZ, and able to routinely travel throughout the region.
