The Company:National leader with multiple awards over the past 50 years in the Security Industry. The business is 100% Australian owned with project reach all across the nation. Specializing in various sectors around Access Control, CCTV, VMS, and other systems.
The Role:- Responsible for the full cycle of Operations within the business in QLD, including Project Delivery, WHS, Client Relationships, Policies & Procedures, Reports, etc.
- Lead and manage the Projects, Service, and Sales Teams, along with day-to-day management of Key Clients.
- Report directly to the General Manager.
- Sign correspondence, ITPs, checklists, and documentation relevant to quality, safety, and programs.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure industry standards and customer expectations are met.
- Develop and manage budgets for Operations.
- Previous experience in an Operations role within the Electronic Security industry is highly desirable.
- Experience in other management positions will also be considered.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business operations.
- Must be a team player with a proven ability to lead and inspire others.
- Experience managing senior managers (project managers, service managers, sales managers, WHS managers, etc.) within a business.
