The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with a focus on strategic leadership and team development. Experience in managing diverse teams and large-scale operations is essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of cleaning services across multiple sites.
  • • Lead a high-performing team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), ensuring service excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
  • • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • • Engage with industry bodies and drive sustainable service practices.

This role reports directly into the National General Manager - Cleaning and is based in our Brisbane office, located in Southbank.

As Regional Operations Executive, you will be responsible for driving performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Experience in developing and deploying cleaning strategies, equipment solutions, and chemical systems is highly valued.

A proven track record of commercial acumen, with a focus on growing service-related revenue, is essential for this role.

Strategic thinking, project and change management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainability and operational efficiency are also highly desirable.
