Senior Bid Coordinator Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support three divisions of our Construction arm, working within a team that targets specific sectors, clientele, and project values.

About the Role:
  • Bid Strategy & Management

The Senior Bid Coordinator will lead the end-to-end bid process across multiple concurrent opportunities, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and compelling submissions. This includes managing bid kick-off meetings and regular check-ins with internal stakeholders to align on win themes and key messaging.

Responsibilities:
  1. Bid Content Development & Proposal Creation: Take ownership of proposal content planning, writing, editing, and formatting to ensure consistent tone, branding, and alignment with client requirements.
  2. Process Improvement & Compliance: Maintain and refine bid templates, libraries, and tools to improve efficiency and quality.
  3. Collaboration & Communication: Act as a central point of contact between bid, marketing, commercial, and delivery teams.
