Marketing Coordinator Job Description

Role Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving local area marketing initiatives to attract new family enquiries. This dynamic individual will develop and execute tactical marketing strategies, leveraging the Goodstart brand at a local level.

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and meet occupancy targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to execute marketing activities, including digital advertising, social media, in-centre promotions, printed collateral, merchandise, sponsorships, and local events.
  • Monitor and analyze strategies to deliver optimum results, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to continually develop the marketing skills and performance of the centre network.
  • Leverage marketing portals to support all campaign activity and drive centre engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with the digital marketing and family support teams to ensure stakeholders are informed of marketing initiatives and campaign development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Tertiary qualification in Marketing or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least five years' demonstrated marketing experience, showcasing success in developing and executing tactical marketing initiatives to drive acquisition.
  • Project and campaign management expertise, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing external agencies and utilizing digital and social media tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
