Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive marketing efforts across various brands in Australia and New Zealand.

This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local market trends and be able to develop and implement effective marketing plans that drive brand awareness, sessions, and targeted ROI.

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing localized marketing strategies for properties under your portfolio
  • Identifying and managing PR opportunities across Australia and New Zealand
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to execute multi-channel promotional/seasonal marketing campaigns
  • Engaging with hotel managers and executive managers to manage local area marketing requests
  • Reporting on local area marketing activities, initiatives, and campaigns
  • Creating and implementing localized marketing initiatives for food and beverage businesses
  • Supporting the wider marketing function on key projects and campaigns as required

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising
  • At least 2 years' experience in a national Local Area Marketing Manager/Coordinator role
  • Experience working with a national network of stakeholders (e.g., franchisees, properties, stores)
  • Proven experience in managing and delivering successful marketing campaigns that achieve strategic goals, ROI, and revenue targets
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with current social media platforms and evolving trends
