Join to apply for the Local Area Marketing Specialist role at Gybe Consulting.

Help a household name retail network deliver its biggest season of the year. Join a high-performing marketing team through the Christmas rush—supporting local campaigns, seasonal events and store activations that actually make a difference to the community. This 3-month contract is ideal for someone with LAM know-how who can hit the ground running and keep a lot of moving parts ticking. You'll also lend a hand to the broader Brand team when needed. Perfect for a self-sufficient marketer with experience juggling competing priorities, multiple stakeholders (including franchisees), and short deadlines—without losing quality or your cool.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate LAM campaigns for key services
  • Liaise with franchisees and the in-house studio to deliver templated campaign materials
  • Support Christmas event execution, including creative rollout and POS
  • Jump in across broader Brand team activity as needed
  • Keep campaign delivery on-time, on-budget, and within brand guidelines
What You'll Need
  • 2-4 years' marketing experience, ideally in retail, FMCG or franchise networks
  • Previous exposure to LAM or local campaign delivery
  • Comfortable liaising directly with Network Partners and stakeholders
  • Strong coordination and admin skills, especially under deadline pressure
  • Availability from mid-September to mid-December (3-4 days per week)
