Executive Culinary Director

Located on the picturesque foreshore of Currumbin Creek, Currumbin RSL is a renowned hospitality venue that offers an exceptional dining experience to its customers.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to our discerning patrons.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef, preferably in a similar establishment
• Relevant qualifications, such as Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and Diploma of Hospitality Management
• Flexibility with roster and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and fluency in English
• Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
