Job Opportunity: Landscaper and Maintenance Specialist

The position of Landscaper and Maintenance Specialist is open at our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting general maintenance duties, including cleaning walkways, floor buffing, steam cleaning carpets, and other tasks.

Key responsibilities include operating garden maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to perform weeding, trimming, mowing, edging, and pruning hedges and shrubs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Manual driver's license (essential)
  • Valid police check (within 12 months)

**Work Arrangements:**

  • Afternoon shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

For this role, experience with power tools, machinery, and mechanical cleaning equipment is highly advantageous. The ability to work independently and in a team is also required.
