Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned landscaping professional to oversee daily operations and lead a team in maintaining exceptional landscapes.

  • Supervise and coordinate daily tasks, including scheduling, task assignment, and workflow management.
  • Provide direction, guidance, training, mentoring, and support to a team of professionals.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines for the team.
  • Oversee landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and watering.
  • Monitor equipment inventory, perform routine maintenance checks, and coordinate repairs as needed.
  • Evaluate job sites to assess landscaping needs, develop work plans, and estimate materials and labor requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certification in Landscape Design or Horticulture, or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years' experience working in or leading landscaping teams.
  • Passion for working with people with disabilities in a leadership capacity.
  • Excavator and Skid Steer licenses.
  • MR Truck license.
  • Motor Vehicle license.
