We are seeking a skilled Landscaping Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our properties, ensuring they look their best at all times.

**Job Responsibilities:**

• Maintain lawns, gardens, and other outdoor areas, including mowing, edging, pruning, and weeding.

• Operate various types of maintenance equipment, such as lawnmowers, leaf blowers, and hedge trimmers.

• Conduct general maintenance duties, including cleaning walkways, fixing fountains, and other tasks as required.

• Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth.

• Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills with colleagues and clients.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

• Manual driver's license (essential)

• Chemical user certificate, ACUP, or relevant training (preferred)

• Machinery tickets if using machinery (preferred)

• Valid police check within 12 months (preferred)
