Job Title: Quality Management Specialist
Role OverviewAs a Quality Management Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of quality management frameworks in large-scale energy infrastructure projects. Your key focus will be on establishing quality systems from the ground up, ensuring compliance with international standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and embed comprehensive quality frameworks across design, manufacturing, and commissioning
- Lead quality planning and assurance across multiple project stages
- Establish inspection/test strategies and oversee third-party QA/QC teams
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Build document management and reporting systems for transparency and accountability
- Identify risks early and implement proactive quality mitigation strategies
- Coordinate inspections, audits, and sign-offs with stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proven experience in leading quality management frameworks in complex projects
- Expertise in guiding teams of QA/QC professionals and influencing stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Practical experience across design, manufacture, and commissioning in high-complexity projects
- A commitment to continuous improvement and raising the bar for quality
