Lead Outside School Hours Care Service and Support Local Families
We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to lead our Outside School Hours Care service in a local school. As an OSHC Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for children, creating engaging programs with industry-leading programming tools, mentoring a team of educators to develop their skills, and building positive relationships within the school community.
About You
You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships are essential. Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential. You must have a completed or in-the-process-of-completing ACECQA recognised qualification, including studies in Teaching, Childcare or Community Services, and hold a valid Employee Working with Children's Check. You are willing to obtain a valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check.

Requirements
- Completed or in-the-process-of-completing ACECQA recognised qualification
