As a Client Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting experts to address client business questions. You will support research and decision-making in a collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities

Main tasks include:

  • Developing strategies with project managers to meet client project requirements.
  • Utilizing LinkedIn, press releases, case studies, and the internet to find suitable experts for clients' strategic or investment questions.
  • Identifying top leads and inviting them to join our network to participate in consultations.
  • Screening experts to determine suitability for specific client projects and developing professional profiles to present to clients.
  • Collaborating with the Client Service team to understand unique client business questions and deliver on-demand intelligence.
  • Recruiting new experts into our network of advisors.
  • Supporting project management and customer service efforts to deliver excellent results for clients.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree from a recognized institution by the end of 2025.
  • Previous internship, volunteering, or extracurricular experience.
  • Able to start full-time work in January 2026.
  • A desire to work in a sourcing/lead generation role.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • An outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work both individually and as part of a team.
