Our organization is seeking an accomplished Commercial Manager to join our team in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology procurement, commercial negotiation, and end-to-end sourcing.The purpose of this role is to develop and implement strategic technology sourcing programs that meet the business needs of the organization. Additionally, you will craft commercial strategies and coordinate procurement processes to ensure successful outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic technology sourcing programs
  • Craft commercial strategies and coordinate procurement processes
  • Prepare and review commercial documents, including service definitions and performance frameworks
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure alignment of commercial and legal objectives
  • Facilitate tender processes and evaluations
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in consulting environments focusing on technology procurement and commercial negotiation
  • Deep understanding of technologies and commercial reform
  • Experience working in end-to-end IT strategic sourcing, technology procurement, and/or commercial negotiation and management
  • Strong experience in at least one IT domain
