We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team in Redbank Plains. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with children and wants to make a positive impact on their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide nurturing care and support to children during Before School Care (BSC) and After School Care (ASC) shifts
  • To create engaging and inclusive experiences that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children
  • To maintain a safe, secure and welcoming environment that promotes learning and growth
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for children and families
Requirements:
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards)
  • Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Passion for education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations
