Early Childhood Teacher Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for you to develop your skills in intentional teaching, implementing child-led learning environments and creating a nurturing space for children to grow.

Selection Criteria:
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • Working knowledge of National Quality Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Guidelines
  • Montessori experience is preferred but not essential, as we offer opportunities for professional development
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and learning
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Current Blue Card or Exemption Card (restricted persons need not apply)
  • Registration with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) or willingness to obtain
  • Hold First Aid HLTAID012 & CPR or be willing to obtain
