Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for providing quality property management services to all clients.

The role involves managing properties daily, including lease and storage shed leases/files as needed, conducting private inspections with prospective tenants, liaising with rental providers, tenants, and tradespeople, and processing rental applications promptly and accurately.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of rental properties
  • Coordinating open for inspections
  • Preparing files for new tenancies
  • Negotiating, preparing, and executing lease renewals
  • Conducting final inspections and coordinating cleaning/repairs for re-letting

You will also be responsible for attending tribunal hearings as needed and assisting in the smooth operation of the rental department.
