Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong track record in intellectual property law, with a focus on trademarks, copyright, data protection, and brand protection.
  • Lead and mentor junior lawyers, ensuring their growth and development.
  • Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and legislation, applying this knowledge to provide innovative solutions.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging the firm's network and resources.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contacts, fostering a culture of collaboration.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, driving growth and success.

Professional Development

  • Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
  • Participate in Continuing Professional Development (CPD) seminars and sessions, enhancing skills and knowledge.
