Electrical Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced electrical site supervisor to lead our team of electricians on various commercial projects throughout Sydney.

  • Oversee the coordination of electrical installations in schools, hospitals, retail, clubs, pubs, etc.
  • Report project status and forecast outcomes to ensure timely completion and optimal results.
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects with a focus on delivering high-quality work and ensuring continuous learning and improvement among apprentices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead a team of experienced licensed electricians with a minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring seamless collaboration among trades.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and meet their expectations.
  • Foster a culture of safety, problem-solving, and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements for this role include:

Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as a licensed electrician with a proven track record of supervising teams.
  • Commercial experience in schools, hospitals, retail, clubs, pubs, etc.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • A full driver's license and ability to work on-site when required.
