Job Overview

The Package Manager position is a key role in the onshore Electrical Balance of Plant (BoPe) design and supply contracts. This individual will oversee all aspects of electrical design and supply, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage electrical design and supply packages to meet contract requirements.
  • Coordinate interfaces with other project stakeholders and manage supplier activities.
  • Delegate tasks within a multidisciplinary project team and ensure high-quality completion.
  • Ensure supplier deliverables are completed sequentially in accordance with contracts and project milestones.
  • Identify opportunities for design optimisation and value engineering.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or Electrical Engineering; professional engineering accreditation is an advantage.
  • Experience procuring electrical plant and equipment for large infrastructure projects.
  • Desirable experience in quality coordination within supply chains.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, contract management, and schedule interpretation skills.
