Senior Frontend Developer Role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Senior Frontend Developer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and excellence in software development.

You will be responsible for coding, reviewing, and architecting solutions using technologies like React, NodeJS, and TypeScript. Your work will directly support our business goals and help us deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to align software solutions with business objectives. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, champion best practices, and contribute to engineering efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions in partnership with your team.
  • Stay current with technology trends and apply responsible engineering principles to drive innovation.
  • Lead and promote engineering best practices and participate in cross-domain forums such as FrontEnd and Architecture Guilds.
  • Manage system health and address technical debt within your owned services. Mentor junior engineers in solution design and software development.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Designers to deliver solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, respond to incidents, and proactively improve system reliability.
  • Continuously refine processes to improve software quality and reduce incidents.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with React, NodeJS and/or TypeScript.
  • Proven ability to design and build scalable, maintainable software solutions.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading by example.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest tech trends and applying best practices.
  • Commitment to operational excellence, including incident response and system maintenance.
