Senior Frontend Developer Job Description

As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our applications. This position involves complex projects, creative solutions, and collaboration with industry leaders to drive team performance and contribute to company OKRs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop efficient, scalable, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Actively engage in hands-on coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Propose innovative solutions that drive team performance and contribute to team goals and initiatives.
  • Lead technical discussions and share knowledge with the team, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
  • Mentor junior engineers by providing guidance and constructive feedback to support their growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering with a primary focus on frontend development.
  • Experience with technologies such as React.js, Svelte, Node.js, Microservices, Docker, Cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related technologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools for automating the deployment process.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, GraphQL, database technologies such as PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch.
  • Strong understanding of code architecture and design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
