Lead Frontend Software Developer

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a vital role in driving innovation and excellence within our engineering organization.
In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions using React, NodeJS, TypeScript, and Mobile frameworks. You will also be expected to stay current with technology trends and apply responsible engineering principles to drive innovation.
- You will lead and promote engineering best practices and participate in cross-domain forums such as FrontEnd and Architecture Guilds.
- You will manage system health and address technical debt within your owned services.
- Strong experience with React, NodeJS and/or TypeScript is required.
- You must have a proven ability to design and build scalable, maintainable software solutions.
- A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills are essential.
- You should have experience mentoring junior engineers and leading by example.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest tech trends and applying best practices is necessary.
