Car Park Operations Manager

At Wilson Parking Australia 1992 Pty Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Park Supervisor to join our team in Mackay. As a Car Park Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our car parks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of car park presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the car park team through day-to-day operations and procedures.
- Assist with tailoring rosters to meet the car park's needs.
- Assist the Car Park Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Field customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Engage with stakeholders, including clients and contractors.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless parking experience.
- Assist with training new staff members.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in retail environments, call centre operations, or other customer service industries.
- Experience in leadership roles is highly desirable.
- A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good computer literacy skills.
- A full driver's license with excellent driving skills.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- A willingness to learn and grow with the company.
