ICT Service Desk Leader

Deliver exceptional ICT Service Desk support to Defence customers as the Assistant Director - ICT Service Desk Lead. You will oversee a team of Australian Public Servants (APS) and contractors, collaborating with industry partners to deliver contemporary ICT Service Desk services.
The Role
The successful applicant will be accountable for managing a team that provides governance over the ICT Service Desk. Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with Defence industry partners to develop and implement effective ICT Service Desk strategies;
- Engaging with various CIOG and Defence business areas at all levels to ensure customer-centric outcomes;
- Analysing intelligence from the ICT Service Desk to enhance digital self-help capabilities;
- Governing performance and contractual outcomes to drive business success.

The ICT Service Centre is committed to delivering customer-centric design and solutions for the Defence community. Our team focuses on developing digital channels and tools that provide easy access to ICT services 24/7 for both the Defence Protected Environment (DPE) and the Defence Secret Environment (DSE).
