About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Case Worker in Broome, WA. As a Case Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals impacted by intimate partner violence through culturally safe and trauma-informed case management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and managing applications from consortium members or directly from individuals
  • Conducting risk assessments and safety planning under LVP and WA Family Violence frameworks
  • Delivering culturally safe, person-centred case management and goal-setting
  • Supporting and referring clients to services aligned with their needs and preferences
  • Ensuring data compliance under BRAMS and DEX guidelines

About You:

  • You have relevant experience working with individuals affected by complex trauma or family violence
  • You are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of others
  • You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and are comfortable building rapport with a wide range of people
  • You have case management experience or a willingness to learn, particularly in managing referrals, client documentation, and coordinating support services
