Senior Environmental Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Soil Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed soil surveys, including soil sampling and mapping.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on soil properties such as texture, structure, pH, salinity, nutrient levels, and organic matter content.
- Conduct thorough assessments of potential impacts of mining and other activities on soil health and land degradation.
- Develop effective mitigation strategies to protect soil and land resources.
- A professional qualification in environmental science or engineering.
- 10-15+ years' experience at a professional level, ideally in consulting.
- Expertise in Australian environmental legislation and guidelines related to soil and land management.
- Strong project management skills and ability to assess soil suitability for rehabilitation.
