Leasing Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled finance professional to join our team as a Leasing Business Analyst. As a key member of our business, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of insight-led business information and processes, identifying key themes and insights in leasing business performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing insightful leasing financial reporting and analysis, with strong commercial acumen and ability to manage competing demands. You will also have an analytical mind, problem-solving skills, and an ability to communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of insight-led business information and processes.
  • Identify key themes and insights in leasing business performance.
  • Provide insightful leasing financial reporting and analysis.
  • Manage competing demands and prioritise tasks effectively.

Requirements:

  • Finance degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Experience in providing financial reports and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
