We are seeking a skilled Performance Analyst to deliver accurate and insightful performance analysis.

About the Role
  • As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for:
  1. Providing guidance and developing other Performance Analysts in measuring, analyzing, and interpreting investment performance and technical features of Funds, ETFs, and SMAs.
  2. Delivering accurate performance analysis, reports, and technical requests with minimal supervision.
  3. Researching and resolving complex performance issues through meticulous investigation and analytical skills.
  4. Developing and leading solutions to complex performance and attribution modelling and process improvements with collaboration from cross-functional teams.
  5. Providing Investment Performance expertise to internal and external clients in projects, presentations, and client meetings.
  6. Reviewing calculation methodologies and researching updates as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Financial Services role with a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • CIPM (Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement) or CFA (Certified Financial Analyst) qualified candidates preferred.
