The ICT Customer Support Officer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, contributing to the delivery and documentation of customer projects, implementing network infrastructure, supporting customers with a variety of technologies, building and configuring desktops, servers and storage networking hardware, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring timely resolution of service tickets.
