Job Title: Bridal Stylist

We are seeking a talented and passionate bridal professional to provide exceptional service to brides and their party members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work one-on-one with brides to create the perfect bridal style for their wedding day.
  • Build relationships with brides throughout the entire experience lifecycle.
  • Assist bridesmaids and other party members with dress selection, sizing, and ordering.
  • Provide feedback about emerging bridal trends, accessories, and add-on items or services.
  • Consistently achieve sales goals as set by management.
  • Assist in implementing new business ideas related to customer experience, driving sales, new technology, and merchandising.
  • Participate in organizing in-store events, bridal fairs, and promotions.
  • Maintain high store standards by maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Apparel, Fashion, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings on a regular basis.
  • Minimum 1-2 years bridal sales or consultative retail sales experience preferred.
  • Strong sales aptitude with ability to prospect and close retail sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and solve problems efficiently.
  • Ability to develop strong product knowledge of the bridal industry and trends.
  • Detail-oriented with keen understanding of fashion and bridal fashion.
  • Ability to maintain a fashion-forward and professional appearance.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to self-manage working effectively to deadlines.
  • Team player with strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to adapt to change in fast-paced environment.
