We create garments with purpose, crafted from premium natural fabrics, grounded in minimalist design and defined by attention to detail. Our collections cater to weddings, business, red carpet, and special events, offering a slower, more conscious approach to fashion.

Following the opening of ourMelbourne flagship showroom, we're looking for aknowledgeable and passionate Style Advisor & Fitterto join our team on apart-time or casual basis. You'll be responsible for guiding clients through every step of their made-to-measure journey, from first consultation to final fitting, while supporting showroom operations and production logistics.

The Melbourne Loft operatesby appointment only, you'll have the opportunity to offer uninterrupted, one-on-one service in a calm, refined environment. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing Australian tailoring house, with potential for career growth and creative input.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Melbourne showroom during your shifts.
  • Deliver a personalised, consultative experience from styling advice to fabric selection and fittings.
  • Manage client orders and support alteration coordination with care and precision.
  • Liaise with production teams to track order progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation in the showroom.

About You

  • A confident and personable professional with experience in retail, fashion, or tailoring.
  • A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, service-first mindset.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury fashion, premium retail, or made-to-measure environments.
  • Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships.
  • Genuinely passionate about menswear, styling, and delivering elevated client experiences.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a boutique setting.
